It is specially pointed out here that as long as the outer ring of the one-way Roller pin Bearing is hit, because the outer ring wall is very thin, do not use a hand hammer to hit the device and press it in. Due to the uneven pressure when the hand hammer, the one-way Roller pin Bearing outer ring is only partially deformed.

The device is fitted with a one-way Roller pin Bearing, usually with an auxiliary sleeve. At this time, the auxiliary Roller or auxiliary sleeve supports the Roller pin to prevent the Roller pin from falling out. The journal supports the Roller pin with its own chamfer and gradually moves inward with the one-way Roller pin Bearing on the journal. Then the auxiliary Roller or auxiliary sleeve gradually withdraws until it is installed in the working position and stops.

The outer diameter of the auxiliary roller and the auxiliary sleeve should be 0.1-0.3mm smaller than the shaft diameter. During installation, first apply grease to the inner and outer surfaces of the Bearing outer ring, stick the Roller pin to the inner and outer surfaces, and then push the auxiliary Roller or sleeve instead of the journal or the Bearing inner ring into the outer ring hole to align its end face with the end face of the device shaft or the end face of the Bearing inner ring installed on the shaft, and then press it with a press or hand hammer.

The one-way Roller pin Bearing can also be installed in this way. Apply a thin layer of lubricating oil on the outer diameter of the auxiliary sleeve, insert the outer ring of the Bearing, make the auxiliary sleeve and the outer ring of the Bearing form an annular hole, and then install the Roller pin in the annular hole. After fitting the Roller pin, push out the auxiliary sleeve with the operating shaft.
