There are many types and forms of Roller Bearing, of which the three common types are single-row Roller Bearing, double-row Roller Bearing and four-row Roller Bearing, and the structures of these three Bearing are somewhat different. 1. the structure of the Roller:
1. Single-row Roller Bearing structure
(1) Roller and track are line contact Bearing. Large load capacity, mainly to bear radial load. The friction between the rolling body and the collar flange is small, suitable for high-speed rotation. The structure of the Bearing is that the inner ring and the outer ring can be separated.
(2) Roller Bearing with no flange on the inner ring or outer ring. The inner ring and outer ring can move relative to each other in the axial direction, so they can be used as free end Bearing. Both the inner ring and the outer ring have double flanges, and the other track ring has a single flanged Roller Bearing, which can bear a certain degree of unidirectional axial load. The solid retainer is generally made of a stamped steel plate or a copper alloy. However, the retainer is molded using polyamide in some parts.
2. Double-row Roller Bearing structure
The double-row Roller Bearing has two structures: cylindrical inner hole and conical inner hole. The difference between the cylindrical inner hole and the conical inner hole lies in the shape of the inner hole and its corresponding performance. The Bearing of the conical inner hole moves along the axial direction when the inner ring is assembled, and the radial clearance of the Bearing can be adjusted.
3. Four-column Roller Bearing structure
The structure of the Bearing is that the inner ring and the outer ring can be separated. Roller Bearing with no flange on the inner or outer ring. The inner and outer rings can move relative to each other in the axial direction, so they can be used as free end Bearing.
2. Roller Bearing Features:
(1) The roller and the track groove are in line contact or bottom line repair contact, with large radial bearing capacity, suitable for heavy load and impact load.
(2) The Roller Bearing has a large capacity to bear radial loads. According to the structure of the ferrule flange, it can also bear certain unidirectional or bidirectional axial loads.
(3) The friction coefficient is small, suitable for high speed, and the speed is close to the deep groove ball Bearing.
(4) N type and NU type can move along the axial direction, can deal with the relative position change of the shaft and the housing caused by thermal expansion or installation error, and can be used for free end support.
(5) The processing requirements for the shaft or seat hole are high, and the relative inclination of the outer ring axis after the Bearing is installed is strictly controlled, and the contact stress is not concentrated.
(6) The inner ring or outer ring can be separated for easy installation and disassembly.
