1. It must be installed under dry and clean environmental conditions. Before installation, the machining quality of each part must be carefully checked. All mating joint surfaces shall be carefully cleaned to remove burrs and the raw surfaces of castings shall be degrinded.
2. Before installation, it must be cleaned with gasoline or kerosene, and used after drying to ensure good lubrication. Bearing generally use grease lubrication, but can also use oil lubrication.
3. During installation, uniform pressure must be applied to the circumference of the end face of the ferrule, press into the ferrule, and do not use tools to directly knock, so as not to damage the Bearing.
4. When the amount of interference is small, can the sleeve be used to press the end face of the Bearing ferrule at normal temperature? Beat the sleeve and evenly press it into the ferrule through the sleeve. Please use hydraulic press for mass installation. The end face of the outer ring is pressed against the end face of the shell shoulder, and the end face of the inner ring is pressed against the end face of the shaft shoulder, and there is no gap during pressing.
5. When the overflow is large, it can be installed by oil bath heating or sensor heating Bearing. The heating temperature range is 80-100. The height shall not exceed 120. In addition, please tighten the Bearing with nuts or other appropriate methods to ensure that after the Bearing cools down, it shrinks in the width direction, and there will be no gap between the ferrule and the shaft.
6. Rotary test shall be carried out after installation, which shall be used for rotating shaft or Bearing box first. When there is no abnormality, the power runs at no load and low speed, and then gradually increase the speed and load according to the operating conditions, detect noise, vibration and temperature rise, and stop the machine for inspection when abnormalities are found. The operation test shall be carried out normally before delivery.

When decomposing, study the decomposition method and steps according to the drawings, and investigate the Bearing mosaic conditions to make the decomposition operation foolproof. When removing the outer ring of the outer ring interference fit, install several screws for outer ring extrusion screws on the circumference of the housing in advance, and remove them while tightening the screws evenly. These threaded holes are usually covered with blind plugs, conical Roller Bearing, etc. Separate Bearing, with several cutouts so that the housing will block the shoulders, and are removed by press using spacers or lightly tapped.
The removal of the inner ring of the Roller Bearing is simple to pull out with a press. At this time, please be careful not to apply a shedding force to the inner ring. Note that the pull hook shown in the figure is often used, no matter what kind of pull hook must be firmly clamped on the side of the inner ring. For this reason, the size of the shaft shoulder needs to be considered, or the machining groove needs to be considered to use the drawing chuck. The inner ring of large Bearing is disassembled by hydraulic method. Hydraulic pressure is applied through the oil hole on the Roller Bearing to facilitate extraction. The method of heating the local area in a short time to expand the inner ring and pull it out.
